User Service Agreement

Preamble

This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Party B", also referred to as "Party B" in Part I "Essential Terms of the Formatted Agreement") and Mantle Games (hereinafter referred to as "Mantle Games" or "Party A"), regarding the products and services (including Mantle Games' websites and the mobile game services and other network services currently provided and potentially to be provided by Mantle Games in the future, collectively referred to as the "Products and Services") provided by Mantle Games on its and/or its affiliates' mobile gaming platforms.

If you enter the user registration page of the Mantle Games website or its games, confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of this Agreement and complete registration, or otherwise obtain and use the Products and Services provided by Mantle Games, it shall be deemed that you have read the contents of this Agreement in detail and agree to abide by its terms. You may no longer refuse to perform this Agreement on the grounds of not understanding its contents. Therefore, please read carefully and fully understand the terms, especially the terms on exemption or limitation of liability, jurisdiction and applicable law, and separate agreements for activating or using certain services. Mantle Games will highlight terms that limit or exempt liability, and other terms that require your special attention, in bold orange text. To protect your rights, please read the entire Agreement before registering to use the various Products and Services provided by Mantle Games. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 17, Mantle Games has the right to amend and update this Agreement from time to time, and you agree to check for the latest version periodically.

Part I: Essential Terms of the Formatted Agreement

Account Registration
1.1 Party B warrants that it registers as a user of Party A using its true identity, guarantees that the provided personal identity information is true, complete, and valid, and assumes corresponding legal responsibility for the provided information in accordance with legal provisions and the terms of this Agreement.
1.2 After Party B registers as a user of Party A using its true identity, if it needs to modify the provided personal identity information, Party A shall provide such service promptly and effectively.

Use and Safekeeping of User Accounts
2.1 In accordance with the Essential Terms, Party A has the right to review whether the identity information provided by Party B during registration is true and valid, and shall actively take reasonable technical and managerial measures to ensure the security and effectiveness of the user account; Party B has the obligation to properly safeguard its account and password, and to use its account and password correctly and securely. Either party failing to fulfill the above obligations, resulting in situations such as loss of account password or account theft, and causing damage to the civil rights of Party B or others, shall bear the resulting legal liability.
2.2 Party B legally enjoys rights and assumes responsibilities for actions conducted after logging into the account.
2.3 If Party B discovers that its account or password is being used illegally by others or there are signs of abnormal use, it shall promptly notify Party A according to the methods published by Party A, and has the right to request Party A to take measures to suspend the login and use of the account.
2.4 If Party A takes measures to suspend the login and use of Party B's account upon Party B's notification, Party A shall require Party B to provide and verify valid personal identification information consistent with the registered identity information.
2.4.1 If Party A verifies that the provided valid personal identification information is consistent with the registered identity information, it shall promptly take measures to suspend the login and use of the account.
2.4.2 If Party A violates the terms of clause 2.4.1 by failing to take timely measures to suspend the login and use of the account, and thus causes losses to Party B, it shall bear corresponding legal liability.
2.4.3 If Party B fails to provide its valid personal identification documents or the provided documents are inconsistent with the registered identity information, Party A has the right to refuse Party B's aforementioned request.
2.5 When Party B provides valid personal identification information consistent with the registered identity information to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests, Party A shall provide necessary assistance and support, such as proof of account registration and original registration information, and provide relevant evidence and information to administrative and judicial authorities as needed.
2.6 Party B assumes full responsibility for the legality of the source of funds for recharges and consumption within the account, guarantees the legality of the fund sources, shall not unauthorizedly trade game virtual items and other value-added services with third parties outside the Mantle Games platform, or obtain game virtual items and other value-added services from third parties through purchase, gift, or other means. If there are abnormal third-party transactions related to the Party B account or disputes concerning the source of funds for in-game payments to Party A, Party A has the right to submit the information of the Party B account to relevant public security and judicial departments. Party B has the obligation to explain the situation to these departments. Any resulting legal liabilities shall be borne solely by Party B. If Party A suffers losses, Party B shall also bear compensation liability. Furthermore, Party A has the right to take corresponding restrictive measures against the involved game virtual items, game characters, and Mantle Games account in accordance with clauses 6.14, 6.15, and 6.16 of this Agreement.

Suspension and Termination of Services
3.1 If Party B publishes illegal information, seriously violates social morality, or engages in other acts prohibited by laws, Party A shall immediately terminate the provision of services to Party B.
3.2 If Party B engages in improper conduct while using Party A's services, Party A has the right to terminate the provision of services to Party B. The specific circumstances of such improper conduct must be clearly stipulated in this Agreement or fall under prohibited acts explicitly notified by Party A in advance that warrant service termination; otherwise, Party A may not terminate services to Party B.
3.3 If Party B provides false registration identity information or violates this Agreement, Party A has the right to suspend the provision of all or part of the services to Party B; Party A shall notify Party B of the suspension and inform the suspension period, which should be reasonable. Upon expiry of the suspension period, Party A shall promptly resume services to Party B.
3.4 If Party A suspends or terminates the provision of part or all of the services to Party B pursuant to this article, Party A shall bear the burden of proof.

User Information Protection
4.1 When Party A requires Party B to provide information related to its personal identity, it shall first disclose its privacy protection policy and personal information utilization policy to Party B in a clear and conspicuous manner, and take necessary measures to protect the security of Party B's personal information.
4.2 Party A shall not provide, disclose, or share personal identity information such as name, valid personal ID number, contact information, home address, etc., from Party B's registration details to any third party without Party B's permission, except in the following circumstances:
4.2.1 Disclosure is authorized by Party B or Party B's guardian;
4.2.2 Disclosure is required by relevant laws and regulations;
4.2.3 Disclosure is required by judicial or administrative authorities based on statutory procedures;
4.2.4 When Party A needs to disclose user information to file a lawsuit or arbitration against Party B to protect its legitimate rights and interests (intellectual property and other rights);
4.2.5 When providing Party B's personal identity information is necessary to comply with the lawful requests of Party B's guardian.

Part II: Product and Service User Terms

1. Service Content
1.1 The specific content of Mantle Games' Products and Services is provided by Mantle Games based on actual circumstances, such as online games, forums (BBS), chat rooms, email, etc. Mantle Games reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate any part or all of the Products and Services at any time.
1.2 When providing Products and Services, Mantle Games may charge certain fees to some users. In such cases, clear prompts will be displayed on the relevant pages. If users do not agree to pay such fees, they can choose not to accept the corresponding Products and Services.
1.3 Mantle Games provides Products and Services to users by connecting server-side equipment to the Internet. Apart from this, all equipment related to the Products and Services (e.g., computers, modems, and other devices related to Internet access) and associated costs (e.g., telephone charges and Internet access fees paid for connecting to the Internet) shall be borne by the user.
1.4 Users shall use genuine software to receive Products and Services. Software costs shall be borne by the user.

2. Account Name and Password
1. Upon reading and agreeing to this Agreement and successfully completing registration, the user becomes a registered user of Mantle Games and obtains a Mantle Games user account (hereinafter referred to as the "Mantle Games Account"). The Mantle Games Account name cannot be changed after registration, but the corresponding password can be modified through the customer service provided by Mantle Games.
2. The user has the obligation to properly safeguard its account and password, and to use them correctly and securely. To protect the security of user accounts and passwords, Mantle Games will take technical and managerial measures to ensure the security and effectiveness of user accounts. However, this does not exempt or reduce the user's obligation to properly safeguard its account and password and use them correctly and securely. It is prohibited to sell, transfer, lend, or share the Mantle Games Account or password with others. If the user fails to fulfill the obligations under this clause, resulting in loss of account password, account theft, etc., and causing damage to the civil rights of the user, Mantle Games, its affiliates, and third parties, the user shall bear the resulting legal liability, and Mantle Games shall not bear any responsibility.
3. If the user discovers that its Mantle Games Account or password is being used illegally or there are signs of abnormal use, it should promptly notify Mantle Games according to the methods published by Mantle Games from time to time and has the right to request Mantle Games to take measures to suspend the login and use of the account. Mantle Games will decide whether to suspend the user's account login and use based on the user identity verification results.
4. Minors under the age of eighteen must read this Agreement accompanied by their parents (or guardians) before applying to register a Mantle Games Account. They may only apply to register a Mantle Games Account, use the Products and Services provided by Mantle Games, or make payments to Mantle Games after obtaining the full consent of their parents (or guardians) to all terms of this Agreement and the minor's use of the Products and Services and payments to Mantle Games. If a minor impersonates an adult to register, obtain, or use a Mantle Games Account, use the Products and Services, or make payments to Mantle Games, causing losses to Mantle Games (including but not limited to refunds, administrative penalties, loss of reputation, etc.), the minor's parent (or guardian) shall provide full compensation. Meanwhile, Mantle Games has the right to immediately take any legal measures to restrict such account and the game accounts associated with it, including but not limited to temporarily or permanently freezing the account, and partially or completely terminating the provision of Mantle Games' various Products and Services. Mantle Games has the right to use the personal identity information submitted by the user as the basis for judging whether the user is a minor.

3. Account Registration Information
1. Providing Registration Information
(1) When applying for a Mantle Games Account (or when supplementing information after registration), the user shall provide Mantle Games with the latest, detailed, and accurate personal registration information. The aforementioned personal registration information includes: the user's Mantle Games Account name, password, and all information entered when registering the Mantle Games Account (or when supplementing/updating account information). The user hereby warrants that it registers as a user of Mantle Games using its true identity, guarantees that the provided personal identity information is true, complete, and valid, and assumes corresponding legal responsibility for the provided information in accordance with legal provisions and the terms of this Agreement.
(2) All personal registration information provided by the user may be used by Mantle Games as the basis for determining the association of the Mantle Games Account and identifying the user's identity. The user agrees to provide proof materials of such information upon Mantle Games' request for verification purposes.
(3) If the information provided by the user to Mantle Games is inaccurate, untrue, illegal, invalid, has changed but not been updated timely, or is misleading in any way, Mantle Games has the right to suspend or terminate the user's use of any services provided by Mantle Games until the user provides information that meets the requirements. Mantle Games has the right to review whether the identity information provided by the user during registration is true and valid, and shall actively take reasonable technical and managerial measures to ensure the security and effectiveness of the user account; the user has the obligation to properly safeguard its account and password, and to use them correctly and securely. Either party failing to fulfill the above obligations, resulting in loss of account password, account theft, etc., and causing damage to the rights of the other party or others, shall bear the resulting legal liability.
2. Querying Registration Information
Users have the right to access and review their registration information and personal information at any time by logging into the official Mantle Games website and accessing the "User Center" page.
3. Modifying Registration Information
Users can update or modify the information provided during registration at any time by logging into the Mantle Games "User Center" or other available channels announced by Mantle Games at that time. Mantle Games shall provide this service promptly and effectively. However, the real name, ID number filled in during Mantle Games Account registration (or when supplementing information), and the Mantle Games Account name itself, generally cannot be modified after successful account registration (or after supplementing information) without special reasons. Please fill in all types of registration information carefully.
4. The user agrees that all data, information, and records related to their Mantle Games Account (including but not limited to login records, post-login behavior records, point card information, etc.) shall be based on the data recorded by Mantle Games' systems.

4. Information Disclosure and Protection
1. The registration information described in Article 3, as well as non-public information stored within Mantle Games' control when the user uses the Products and Services (collectively referred to as "User Information"), shall be disclosed and protected according to the terms of this article.
2. The user understands and agrees that, in order to provide better Products and Services, when the user voluntarily chooses to use Mantle Games' Products and Services or expressly agrees to provide information, Mantle Games may collect User Information and may analyze and integrate this information. The user understands and agrees that when using Mantle Games' Products and Services, the server may automatically record some User Information, which will become part of Mantle Games' trade secrets.
3. Protecting user privacy (especially that of minor users) is a basic principle of Mantle Games. Mantle Games consistently and actively takes reasonable technical and managerial measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of User Information.
4. Except for the circumstances listed below, Mantle Games guarantees not to disclose or provide personal identity information such as name, valid personal ID number, contact information, home address, etc., to the public or any third party. The exceptions are as follows:
(1) The user (or the user's guardian) requires or agrees to the disclosure of User Information;
(2) Disclosure is required by relevant laws and regulations;
(3) Disclosure is required by judicial or administrative authorities based on statutory procedures;
(4) Disclosure is necessary when Mantle Games needs to file a lawsuit or arbitration against the user to protect its legitimate rights and interests (intellectual property and other rights);
5. In order to provide Products and Services to users normally, Mantle Games may need to transmit part of the User Information to Mantle Games' technical service providers, Mantle Games' affiliates, or other third parties. Under the premise that these third parties undertake to assume at least the same level of confidentiality obligations as Mantle Games, Mantle Games will transmit User Information to these third parties, which the user understands and agrees to.
6. Without disclosing individual user privacy data, Mantle Games has the right to conduct technical analysis on the entire user information database and commercially utilize the analyzed and organized user database.
7. Mantle Games will take commercially reasonably feasible measures to protect the security of users' personal information. Mantle Games uses generally available security technologies and procedures to protect users' personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

5. Basic Rights of Users
1. Users may use the Products and Services provided by Mantle Games in accordance with this Agreement and other rules published and amended by Mantle Games from time to time.
2. Users may voluntarily choose to bind their mobile phone number to the Products and Services provided by Mantle Games to receive content such as game activities and promotional information from Mantle Games in a timely manner. The methods by which Mantle Games provides content include but are not limited to SMS and customer service telephone promotions.
3. Users have the right to supervise whether Mantle Games and its staff provide Products and Services to users according to the standards published by Mantle Games during their use of Mantle Games' Products and Services, and may also submit opinions and suggestions related to the Products and Services to Mantle Games at any time.
4. If the user disagrees with the terms of this Agreement, or objects to the terms later modified or updated by Mantle Games, or is dissatisfied with the Products and Services provided by Mantle Games, the user may choose to stop using Mantle Games' Products and Services at any time. If the user chooses to stop using Mantle Games' Products and Services, Mantle Games will no longer have any obligations or liabilities to the user.

6. User Code of Conduct
1. The user agrees to regulate their behavior in accordance with the various rules, including this Agreement, issued or changed by Mantle Games from time to time, thereby accepting and using Mantle Games' Products and Services. The user legally enjoys rights and assumes responsibilities for actions conducted under their account after login. The user further agrees that in case of violation of these rules, they will bear the consequences of violation and liability for breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of clauses 6.14, 6.15, Article 14, and other relevant clauses of this Agreement.
2. During the use of the Mantle Games Account, the user must comply with laws and regulations related to Internet information release and the generally applicable general ethics and etiquette of the Internet. The user will be solely responsible for the content of the information they publish. The various types of information published by the user shall not contain the following content:
(1) Violating the basic principles established by the constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Harming national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(8) Insulting, defaming, or maliciously verbally attacking others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Infringing upon any third party's intellectual property rights or public/private rights;
(10) Violating humanistic morality or customs;
(11) Disrupting the normal order of the game;
(12) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3. The user's Mantle Games Account name, in-game character names, guild names, etc., shall comply with the principles of legality and healthiness. The use of names involving, but not limited to, race, religion, politics, national leaders, obscenity, vulgarity, defamation, intimidation, fraud, offensiveness, insult, potential misunderstanding, prohibited drugs, etc., is not permitted.
4. Users shall be responsible for their words and actions in the game, and shall not, in particular:
(1) Spread or disseminate vulgar or indecent information through any means or behavior;
(2) Spread or disseminate false information by impersonating the platform or game system to other users through any means or behavior;
(3) Cause disputes through any means or channels;
(4) Spread, disseminate, or use private servers, trojans, cheats, viruses, and related information through any means or behavior;
(5) Spread or disseminate information about power-leveling services through any means or behavior;
(6) Spread or conduct offline trading of game accounts, virtual currency, or virtual items through any means or behavior, other than the trading channels provided by Mantle Games;
(7) Mass disseminate identical, similar phrases or meaningless text, or any information unrelated to the Mantle Games platform and its games;
(8) Advocate or incite violent behavior outside the game virtual world;
(9) Disclose any game world or real-world information of other users, non-users, or Mantle Games platform employees;
(10) Promote or publish illegal information, information contrary to social morality, or information detrimental to spiritual civilization construction, including but not limited to pornography, gambling, cults, terrorism, etc.;
(11) Spread any type of advertising information and advertising links through any means or behavior;
(12) Publish remarks or information that slanders or attacks Mantle Games;
(13) Other remarks or behaviors that do not comply with laws and regulations, social morality, or game rules.
5. Users shall not interfere with or hinder the normal provision of Products and Services by Mantle Games, and in particular shall not:
(1) Attack or invade Mantle Games' website servers or overload the website servers;
(2) Crack or modify the client programs provided by Mantle Games for users to download;
(3) Attack or invade Mantle Games' game servers or game server-side programs or overload the game servers;
(4) Unreasonably interfere or hinder others from using the Products and Services provided by Mantle Games;
(5) Use program vulnerabilities and errors (Bugs) to disrupt the normal progress of the game or spread such vulnerabilities or errors (Bugs);
(6) Directly or indirectly use game Bugs (including vulnerabilities or unreasonable phenomena in the game system, programs, settings, etc.) or program vulnerabilities to gain benefits or disrupt game order, or use Bugs or vulnerabilities for personal purposes;
(7) Make, use, publish, or spread any form of auxiliary tools or programs that hinder game fairness (referring to any files or programs used to gain advantages in the game but do not belong to the Mantle Games platform or the respective game software), including cheating-type cheats and related auxiliary cheats, etc. (Cheats refer to all programs independent of the game software that can affect game operations, values, and balance, including but not limited to automatic monster fighting, automatic leveling, automatic potion use, automatic quest completion, speed acceleration, or operations beyond the game's set scope);
(8) Modify the client program to change, add, or reduce the functions pre-set by Mantle Games, or cause the data sent by the client to the server to be abnormal in any way.
(9) Obtain the source code of the client program through means such as reverse compilation.
6. Users shall not disrupt game order, and in particular shall not:
(1) Stay at special locations or sensitive areas for extended periods (including but not limited to event registration NPCs, "immigration envoys," teleporters, teleport points, etc.), interfering with other users' games;
(2) Engage in malicious PK, extortion, blackmail, etc.;
(3) Threaten to engage in or incite other users or non-users to participate in non-normal game content activities (including but not limited to protests, gathering to cause trouble, etc.);
(4) Use characters with similar nicknames to impersonate other users' friends, impersonate NPCs or official roles, etc., to engage in fraud inside or outside the game.
7. Users can communicate with Game Masters (hereinafter referred to as "GMs"), but when communicating with GMs, they shall not engage in the following behaviors:
(1) Impersonate the system or GM;
(2) Deceive or attempt to deceive the GM, including but not limited to misleading the GM, refusing to provide information, providing false information, and any attempt to "scam" the GM;
(3) Violate or ignore prompts made by the GM. In the game, to ensure the common interests of most users and maintain normal game order, GMs may prompt users to perform certain operations or stop performing certain operations. Users shall not ignore or obstruct this work;
(4) Interfere with the GM's work. Interference includes but is not limited to: asking the GM for any game virtual items (including but not limited to virtual currency, game items, etc.), frequently paging the GM or sending requests without substantive content, repeatedly sending help requests to the GM that have been answered or resolved;
(5) Insult, threaten, or maliciously attack the GM.
8. Users must keep their account and password safe. Consequences resulting from the user's own reasons leading to the disclosure of the account and password shall be borne solely by the user.
9. Users may only use the Products and Services provided by Mantle Games in a personal capacity. Users may not use the Products and Services provided by Mantle Games for commercial purposes, nor may they use Mantle Games' Products and Services for sales or other commercial activities.
10. Unless obtaining written permission from Mantle Games, users may not seek commercial benefits from any Products and Services provided by Mantle Games and any content therein, including but not limited to acting as an intermediary for game item transactions and charging intermediary fees, selling game items for profit, etc.
11. Users shall not use the Products and Services provided by Mantle Games to engage in the following activities:
(1) Accessing computer information network systems or using computer information network system resources without permission;
(2) Deleting, modifying, or adding to computer information network functions without permission;
(3) Deleting, modifying, or adding to the data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
(4) Intentionally creating or spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses;
(5) Other activities endangering the security of computer information networks.
12. The user agrees that the monitoring data within the game program shall serve as the basis for determining whether the user has engaged in cheating behaviors using methods such as cheat programs.
13. If Mantle Games detects abnormal user behavior or data, it may observe and record such user behavior, and use the observation and recording results as the basis for determining whether the user has violated this Code of Conduct.
Mantle Games actively protects the security of user accounts, virtual items, and virtual currency. To this end, Mantle Games strictly combats account theft and related behaviors. When Mantle Games discovers or suspects the existence of account theft and related behaviors including but not limited to the following, it has the right to handle the matter according to the circumstances in accordance with clauses 6.14, 6.15, 6.16, Article 14, and other relevant provisions of this Agreement. Simultaneously, Mantle Games reserves the right to pursue further legal action:
(1) Stealing accounts;
(2) Stealing virtual items;
(3) Stealing virtual currency;
(4) Stealing accounts and/or passwords;
(5) Item transfers under abnormal IP addresses;
(6) Other account theft and related behaviors.
To maintain game fairness and order, even if the user did not actively participate in account theft, if the user's items originate from account theft or related behaviors, Mantle Games has the right to independently decide to reclaim or freeze items and accounts involved in theft. The user should cooperate with Mantle Games' investigation into account theft and related behaviors. The user should consciously maintain game order. If Mantle Games discovers or suspects false reports of account theft, it has the right to handle the matter according to the circumstances in accordance with clauses 6.14, 6.15, 6.16, Article 14, and other relevant provisions of this Agreement.
14. If the user violates the User Code of Conduct described in this article, Mantle Games has the right, depending on the severity of the behavior, to impose one or more of the following consequences on the user, who shall bear these adverse consequences:
(1) Warning: A warning is an educational measure for minor violations of game policies, used as a method for normal game management.
(2) Mute: Restricting part or all of the violator's chat channels, forcibly suspending the online chat function of the violator's character, preventing the character from chatting with other users until the penalty expires or is lifted.
(3) Forced Offline: Forcibly disconnecting the violator from the current game, ending the current game session.
(4) Account Suspension: Temporarily or permanently suspending the violator's right to log into a certain game using their Mantle Games Account.
(5) Temporary Isolation: Moving the violator's game character to a special game scene, restricting some game operations until the penalty expires or is lifted.
(6) Character Deletion: Deleting the violator's character file in a specific game world, preventing the character from reappearing.
(7) Account Deletion: Permanently terminating the violator's right to log into the Mantle Games platform using their Mantle Games Account, including but not limited to permanent blocking of all data in the game database such as user registration information, character information, levels, items, game currency, etc.
(8) Reclaiming Virtual Items: Reclaiming game virtual items obtained by the violator through fraud or other violations, including but not limited to game virtual currency and virtual items.
(9) Name Change: Forcibly changing the violator's forum nickname, game character name, guild name, etc.
(10) Dissolving Organizations: Dissolving guilds, clubs, and other organizations established by the violator.
(11) Deducting Values: Deducting game character numerical values, including but not limited to character level, money, experience, etc.
(12) IP Ban: Temporarily or permanently prohibiting the violator from logging into a specific server of a game from an abnormal IP address.
(13) Legal Liability: If the violator's improper actions cause harm to others or Mantle Games, or violate existing laws, the violator shall bear corresponding civil, administrative, and/or criminal liabilities according to law. For example, if the user infringes upon a third party's intellectual property or other rights during the game leading to claims by the rights holder, the user shall be directly responsible.
15. To protect the interests of all players who abide by the game rules, maintain the fairness and order of the Products and Services provided by Mantle Games, and protect the security of user account information and the legality of the source of funds for user recharges and consumption, Mantle Games will strictly combat and penalize any recharge or other transactions conducted by users on any platform not pre-approved by Mantle Games.
Once verified, Mantle Games has the right to take various measures depending on the specific circumstances, including but not limited to one or more of the following:

7. Game Management
1. Game Masters (GMs)
(1) Game Masters (GMs) are Mantle Games online staff responsible for maintaining and managing the order of the game virtual world.
(2) GMs will not interfere with the normal order of the game, will not ask for users' personal information and passwords in any way, and are not responsible for resolving private disputes between users or answering questions about game strategies or tips.
(3) Users should respect, understand, and cooperate with GMs' work in the game. If they have any opinions, they should appeal and report through the dedicated mailbox to the customer service center.
2. Game Information Transfer. Mantle Games has the right to split or merge game servers based on the provision status of Products and Services. Without substantial harm to users' game rights and interests, Mantle Games has the right to transfer users' character information and role profiles in the game to other game servers.
3. Parental Control System. Mantle Games complies with national policies and has established a "Minor Parental Control System" for certain specific games. When using the Products and Services, parents (guardians) should, in their capacity as guardians, judge whether the Products and Services are suitable for minors.
